Refund Policy

At Everly FreshCo, we want you to love your purchase. However, if you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to accept returns under the conditions below.

Return & Refund Eligibility

You may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date (not the order date).

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused
  • In its original condition
  • In the original packaging (including all tags, labels, accessories, and protective materials)
  • Free from any signs of wear, damage caused by the customer, or missing parts

Items that are opened, used, damaged, or returned without original packaging may be refused or only partially refunded at our discretion (e.g., subject to a restocking fee).

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded for hygienic or safety reasons:

  • Perishable goods
  • Gift cards or digital downloads
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" on the product page (if applicable)

How to Request a Return

Contact us within 15 days of delivery at info@everlyfreshco.com with your order number and reason for return.

We'll provide instructions and (if approved) a return shipping address.

Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back to us.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us with photos within 7 days of delivery—we'll cover return shipping and issue a full refund or send a replacement.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item (usually within 5–10 business days), we'll process your refund to your original payment method.

Refunds typically appear in your account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank/credit card issuer.

We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to alternate payment methods.

If only part of an order is returned, only the refunded item's value (minus any original shipping) will be returned.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately (within 7 days of delivery) with photos of the issue and packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping if applicable.
